Since 1987, David has been helping people set and reach their financial goals. He specializes in retirement and income planning. As an independent Investment Advisor Representative, David works for his clients, not a particular insurance or investment company. With almost the entire universe of options and companies available to him, he picks the companies the way you do, CAREFULLY!
David is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Ethics Bureau, NAFA, and NAIFA. He is an experienced conference speaker and national mentor and trainer. He is actively involved with his church and local community.
David loves being a father, grandpa, and husband. He has been married for 40+ years, and has four adult children, two of which work in the business. In his free time, he enjoys gardening and traveling with his wife in their motor home.

Patrick L. Marcell, CLTC, RICP, COO
Investment Advisor Representative

Since 2001, Patrick's focus has been helping those in or near retirement Build, Protect and Preserve their assets. He uses the strategies and techniques developed by Glisczynski & Associates to create custom solutions for his clients. Patrick is an RICP since December 2013, and is one of the original founders of Glisczynski & Associates. He was awarded Best Financial Planner of the Year in 2012 by Brookstone Capital Management. He is a member of the National Ethics Association, and is Chief Operating Officer of Glisczynski & Associates.

Patrick is an Eagle Scout and has been an active member in his community, working with the Epilepsy Foundation. He is also an Army Achievement Medal Recipient and a sponsor of the Christian Academy Personal Finance Class.
In his free time, Patrick is an avid bow hunter and fisherman.  He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in their home in Mosinee, WI.

Jason J. Glisczynski, CFP®, CAS
Investment Advisor Representative

Jason is an independent Investment Advisor Representative and fiduciary.

Jason is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner. The CFP® marks identify those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination covering the following areas: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning. CFP® professionals also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and to uphold CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Rules of Conduct and Financial Planning Practice Standards.

As a retirement income planner Jason's knowledge and understanding of the steps necessary to maximize his clients' Social Security, pension, 401(k), and other benefits makes him an ideal planner to work with. Jason is committed to researching various investment tools and strategies to help clients maximize their retirement income.

Jason carries a Certified Annuity Specialist (CAS) designation from the Institute of Business and Finance. The CAS designation is designed to reflect strong fixed index, traditional fixed-rate and variable annuities knowledge. Although index annuities are not right for everyone, they can be a powerful tool when applied in the proper situation.

Jason utilizes a multitude of investments and strategies with clients including traditional bank CDs, FDIC insured Market Linked CDs, annuities, structured notes, hedged equity strategies, defensive switching strategies, volatility triggered trading, and High Probability Options Strategies. By blending a mixture of stock market tools alongside accounts with guarantees, backed by the federal government or insurance companies, Jason strives to provide his clients peace of mind knowing that their accounts are within their risk tolerance and operating efficiently.

In his off time, Jason enjoys spending time with his beloved wife, Clair. They enjoy backpacking, biking, golfing, camping and fishing. Clair and Jason are members of the Celebrate Plover Foundation board of directors. Jason gives back to the community in several ways. He is a Finance Committee Member for the Celebrate Plover Foundation, Finance Committee Member for The Boys and Girls Club of Central Wisconsin, Treasurer for the Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra, and an instructor and member of The Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA). Jason hosts a Sunday Morning education radio show on 99.9 FM and 550 AM called retire PREP, Personal Retirement Education Program.

Michael W. Marcell 
Investment Advisor Representative

Michael began his Investment career joining his brother Patrick in January 2014.  Graduating from D C Everest High School in 1990, Michael continued his education at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point where he earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Water Resources in 1996.  He worked as an environmental consultant from 1997 through 2002, transitioning his career to construction management and worked as a structural engineer from 2002 to 2014.  In April 2014 Michael earned his insurance license in the State of Wisconsin for Life, Accident, and Health.

Michael married his wife Nicole in 2000 and was blessed with twins Evan and Olivia in 2002.  Michael and his family reside in Ringle, Wisconsin, also the town he grew up in.

Besides spending time his family, Michael enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, boating, and camping.  He plays volleyball weekly and coaches his son’s little league baseball team. Michael is a founding member and Eagle Scout of the troop 435 where himself and son Evan are active members.  

Jon Steffen
Investment Advisor Representative

Jon earned degrees in Finance, Economics and Real Estate from The University of Wisconsin Madison in 2006.  He is an Independent Investment Advisor Representative and Fiduciary. 

Through a focused risk managed approach, Jon helps his clients set and attain their financial and retirement goals.  He strongly believes in active portfolio management by diversifying across many tactical strategies to deliver competitive returns with minimal drawdowns.

Jon is an Eagle Scout.  He spends his free time with his wife Sarah and son's Jonathan & Jameson.  They enjoy road trips, hiking and camping.  Jon is an avid Formula 1 fan.  He has attended races in 3 countries so far.
