David M. Glisczynski
President and Founder

For over 30 years, David has been helping people set and reach their financial goals, particularly retirement preparation and income planning.

David holds life and health insurance licenses and has passed the Series 65 securities exam. He also has earned the following designations: Certification for Long-Term Care (CLTC®), Certified Annuity Specialist (CAS) and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®).

As an Investment Advisor Representative, David works for his clients, not a particular insurance or investment company. With a wide selection of financial products from many different companies available to him, he picks the companies the way you do: carefully!

David is a member of the local chamber of commerce, the National Association of Fixed Annuities (NAFA), and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He is an experienced conference speaker and national mentor and trainer. David is the author of “Retirement Autopilot: The Flight Plan to Build, Protect and Preserve Your Assets,” available for purchase on Amazon.com.

David loves being a father, grandpa and husband. He has been married for over 40 years and has four adult children, two of whom work in the business. In his free time, he enjoys gardening and traveling with his wife in their motor home.

Patrick L. Marcell, CLTC, RICP, COO
Chief Operating Officer, Investment Advisor

Patrick has been with Glisczynski & Associates since 2002. He is passionate about helping people worry less about retirement, particularly families with loved ones who have special needs. Patrick comes from a hard-working, blue-collar family who taught him the value of a dollar at an early age. In fact, he tried to buy his first stock when he was only 5 years old. A proud Eagle Scout, he learned what it means to do the right thing for people.

Patrick has passed the Series 65 securities exam and has earned his Certification for Long-Term Care (CLTC®) as well as his Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation. He also holds a life and health insurance license in Wisconsin. You can hear Patrick on the “Retirement Solutions” radio show on WSAU 500 AM and 99.9 FM.

Patrick has two children: Logan, an Eagle Scout and a Marine; and Hailey, who has special needs and a contagious laugh. Away from the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with family, fishing, boating, four-wheeling and hunting.

You can hear Patrick and Michael on the “Retirement Solutions” radio show on WSAU 500 AM and 99.9 FM.

Michael has passed the Series 65 securities exam and is registered as an Investment Advisor Representative. He also holds a life and health insurance license in Wisconsin. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.
